Where is the water
actually coming from?
Our job starts with one question: where is the water actually coming from? A stain on a ceiling can sit several feet from the pipe that caused it, so we don’t guess from it.
Today the work covers our seven services, from slab and pool leaks to buried water lines and multi-unit buildings.
How we work
How we work on every job
Every visit follows the same order. Find it, explain it, then talk about fixing it.
We find the source
We start with what you’ve noticed: a stain, a warm spot on the floor, a pool that won’t hold its level, a water bill that jumped. Then we test to narrow it down, line by line and room by room, until we can narrow it to one spot.
We explain what we found
The aim is a marked location and a plain-language explanation of what’s leaking and why. If what you’re seeing turns out not to be a leak, we’ll say so.
We talk through repair options
Once the source is pinned down, we walk you through what fixing it would involve. Our leak repair page explains the usual options.
The testing itself is non-invasive. A repair usually means a single opening at the mark, not a trench across the yard or a whole wall.
